Hudson Grounds Coffee Co. offers four coffee catering packages for events across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, from a full espresso bar with two baristas to a self-serve brewed coffee drop-off. Every package includes Hudson Grounds branded cups and syrups made from scratch.
Coffee Trailer Versus Coffee Cart
Coffee Trailer
Requires a minimum space of 12 ft. in length x 12 ft. in depth to allow adequate room for setup and service.
Hudson Grounds will provide a generator to power all electric needs.
Coffee Cart
Requires a minimum space of 8 ft. in length x 8 ft. in depth to allow adequate room for setup and service.
Needs access to a standard 20-amp, three-prong outlet within 20 feet. Fits indoor and covered outdoor spaces.

A full mobile coffee shop experience with a flexible pay-as-you-go approach.
Perfect for all-day workshops, conferences, school events, community gatherings, and on-site events, our Per-Cup Setup gives your guests access to a handcrafted coffee experience without requiring you to cover every beverage (only setup fee required).
We bring the full coffee shop setup, handle the details, and work with you to create a menu your guests will love.

- Team arrives 1 hour before service and allows up to 1 hour after service for breakdown

- Client may pre-pay a set dollar amount toward guests' beverages

Need great coffee without a full coffee bar? Our Brewed Coffee Drop-Off is an easy, self-serve option for office meetings, staff gatherings, workshops, school events, and smaller celebrations. We deliver everything you need for guests to pour, customize, and enjoy their coffee—no barista service required.
