Hudson Grounds was established in December 2024. We took a leap of faith to pursue a dream that had been growing in our hearts for years, a dream of creating a business centered on serving others, building community, and sharing our love for great coffee. Over the years, we realized that coffee had been at the center of some of our favorite conversations. Whether it was meeting new people, planning future dreams, or simply slowing down after a busy week, coffee created opportunities for connection. A cup of coffee is rarely just a beverage; it's an invitation to pause, gather, and connect with the people around us.

Hudson Grounds Coffee welcomed its first guests in April 2025 after months of planning, building our mobile coffee cart, investing in professional equipment, developing efficient service processes, and obtaining all required Dallas County Health permits. Every step was intentional because we wanted to build more than a mobile coffee business; we wanted to build a hospitality experience that clients could trust.

Named After Hudson

Our company is named after our beloved Goldendoodle, Hudson. Anyone who has met him knows he has a way of making people smile. His joyful, welcoming personality reminds us of the experience we strive to create at every event: one that feels warm, genuine, and memorable.

Our backgrounds have also shaped Hudson Grounds. Anna spent twelve years managing production teams for global advertising agencies, before she fully dedicated herself to Hudson Grounds in July 2025. Doug brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry. Our careers taught us the importance of preparation, communication, and professionalism. We know that a successful event begins long before the first beverage is served, which is why we focus just as much on planning and logistics as we do on the guest experience itself.

Our Roots and Vision

Our Hispanic American heritage has also played an important role in who we are. With Mexican and Salvadoran roots, we were raised to believe that serving others is one of the greatest expressions of hospitality. That belief continues to influence every event we are privileged to be part of.

While Hudson Grounds is still a young company, our vision reaches far beyond serving coffee. We hope to become a trusted hospitality partner throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth community, known for creating memorable experiences and serving people with excellence. Whether we're welcoming guests at a corporate event, celebrating a wedding, supporting a nonprofit fundraiser, or serving guests at any special event, we consider it a privilege to be part of life's meaningful moments. Our hope is that every guest leaves with more than a great beverage; they leave feeling welcomed, valued, and cared for.
