What setup options do you have?

Hudson Grounds offers a mobile coffee cart and a coffee trailer, so we can fit almost any space, indoors or outdoors.

How much space do you need?

Coffee Trailer: requires a minimum space of 12 ft. in length x 12 ft. in depth to allow adequate room for setup and service. Coffee Cart: requires a minimum space of 8 ft. in length x 8 ft. in depth to allow adequate room for setup and service.

What drinks do you serve?

Espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, chai, matcha, other teas, lemonade, refreshers and hot chocolate, served hot or iced, with alternative milk options and your selection of signature flavors, mostly made from scratch.

Do you need access to power?

For indoor events, having access to a standard 20-amp, three-prong outlet within 20 feet of our setup is ideal. For outdoor events, no power is needed, we bring our own generator and handle the electrical needs.

How early do you arrive?

Our team needs setup access at least one hour before your event begins.

What areas do you serve?

The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Irving, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, and Duncanville. Hudson Grounds is based in Irving, Texas.

Do you offer non-coffee options?

Yes. Matcha, chai, tea, lemonade, and hot chocolate are all available, and matcha bar packages are available on request.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $250 deposit is required to book and reserve your event date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. For event bookings, we also offer invoicing with convenient online payment options.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We love traveling to serve our community! Events within 40 miles of Irving are complimentary. For events beyond 40 miles, a travel fee may apply based on the event location. We'll always confirm the fee with you upfront!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations 14+ days before the event: no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event: a cancellation fee may apply to cover preparation, staffing, and event-related costs. Rescheduling: we're happy to work with you to reschedule your event, when possible, subject to availability. We'll always do our best to work with you and find a solution that works for everyone!
