Couples can choose three signature flavors to create a menu that feels uniquely theirs, with many of our drinks made from scratch. Guests can enjoy their favorites hot or iced, with alternative milk options available so everyone can find something they love.

Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a grand reception, Hudson Grounds works alongside your wedding planner, venue, and vendor team to make the coffee experience seamless from start to finish.
Our coffee cart requires a minimum footprint of 6 ft. L × 5 ft. D and access to a standard 20-amp, three-prong outlet within 20 feet. Our coffee trailer requires a minimum space of 12 ft. L × 7 ft. W.
Our team arrives at least two hours before service to handle setup and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Indoor and outdoor setups are available, and we coordinate directly with your planning team on placement, timing, and power requirements—so your coffee bar feels like a natural part of the celebration, not another detail to manage.
